Mike’s service, honesty, speed, and quality are top notch. He went above and beyond to get my Escalade back on the road. Mike and his team are definitely a business we want to keep around for a long time. I’d recommend him to friends and family!

I cannot say enough great things about Northgate Transmissions. They are fast, they are fair, and they are extremely detailed oriented. When you visit the place, you’re immediately taken aback by how clean the whole operation is. You could probably eat off of their floors. It’s no wonder why they are so busy and I hope they are around for many years to come. Mike is a class act. He takes the time to explain things to you. They have held true to their warranty and put a concern of mine to ease with no additional cost. They even washed my car once they finished the service. Places like this are a rare gem and they have won all of my business.

Mike was fast and efficient, has the best price I was able to find for my transmission replacement, and he even helped replace my battery, as well as diagnose an engine mount issue causing my car to clang and rock over 2 rpm. I love Northgate transmission ! Thank you guys for all of what you do !!

Great service, full transparency and quick turnaround throughout the process of my transmission rebuild. Mike and his team could not have been easier to work with and every bit of it was top-notch, start to finish! Saved me a lot of hassle and a good deal of money!

I contacted Northgate Transmission after my truck triggered eight diagnostic codes just a week before Christmas. Despite being very busy, Mike asked me to bring it in as soon as possible so he could assess the severity of the issue. It turned out the truck needed a full transmission replacement, and Mike was outstanding throughout the entire process. Although he had never worked with my warranty company before, he handled everything professionally and kept me informed every step of the way. The transmission replacement was completed successfully, comes with a two-year guarantee, and my truck runs great. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Exceptional customer service, high-quality work, and honest communication—I highly recommend Northgate Transmission.
